Products - newborn stage

When I was building my registry I had a lot of help from all of mommy's in my life!

Some items I researched and registered for on my own but the majority of my registry came from recommendations from moms who just went through the newborn stage.

I can’t speak for what will be most used in the near future,
but these are all of the things I literally use every single day in his newborn stage.

- Quick reviews below -

Nanit - My sister uses it with her girls, so I’m comfortable with the interface already. I like that you can easily move the camera to the flex stand, the sound feature (white noise etc.), and the night light.
I don’t really have any complaints other than I don’t think the imaging is very clear…
but it does the job. I haven’t used the breathing band yet, so I can’t speak to that.
You can float the camera and background noise on your phone while using other apps and
there is a log in option for babysitters with restrictions you can set.

Snoo - He has slept in this every night since he has been home…long stretches too
( I could just be lucky but I also think the Snoo plays a role in this!).
He is immediately soothed when his head touches the mattress and I turn it on.
Worth doing your own research because it is an expensive purchase…but I think, 100% worth it.

Baby Brezza Formula Dispenser - Select the amount and the machine makes a perfectly
warm bottle with no clumps! You have to clean the funnel every four bottles, I just give it a rinse.
There is a tab on their website that tells you the settings per formula type.
Must have in my opinion…also makes it easy for babysitters,  just click a button!

Baby Brezza One Step Sterilizer/Dryer -
I run it two times a day, once in the afternoon and once right before bed.

Boppy - use it every time I feed

BabyBjorn - He sits in this when I need to get a few things done around the house. I’ll either put on Winnie the Pooh or have him watch me doing whatever I am doing at the moment. Easy to fold and bring to other people’s houses, the fabric slip comes off…making it easy to wash.

Hatch Rest+ 2 Gen - Love the Hatch, this one you can take around the house and have “favorites” to tap through making it easy during bedtime routine. This one also has sleep stories and soothing lullabies. You need it!

Keekaroo Changing Pad - I almost didn’t buy this, but happy I did. I keep a Muslin cloth over it and whenever there is a really messy diaper, I lift the bottom half up because if it gets messy you can easily wipe down with cleaning supplies. It’s also very pretty in the nursery.

Lovevery Play Gym - He has two play gyms and this one I can tell he is much
more intrigued than the other one that I have from Fisher Price.
He has the monthly subscription to the play kits which arrive at the developmentally appropriate stage.

Yogasleep Hushh for Baby Portable Sound Machine - where we go, it goes!

- last but not least -

Skip Hop Baby Bath Tub, 3-Stage Smart Sling Tub, Moby - We currently don’t have a bathtub and he didn’t like the Angelcare Baby Bath Support in the sink, I used it one time and switched to this for his second bath and he absolutely loved it.

I have a whole other post on his bath products and his “spa” routine.
It’s relaxing for the both of us at the end of the day.
